In the two years we’ve lived ‘across the pond’, there are some aspects of the UK that I’ve really grown to love and appreciate. The below list isn’t a round-up of the major perks to living in London, rather they’re small details that are easy to overlook but deserve an appreciation post (in my opinion).
I would be lying if I said I didn’t miss the London of six months ago: bustling streets, sardine-packed tube trains and overflowing pubs. At first, lockdown felt like a dreamy way to press pause on day-to-day life.
